600 kA级大型电解槽槽结构设计概述

摘    要:为了降低吨铝投资,提高劳动生产率,增加企业经济效益,发展更大容量的铝电解槽技术已成为电解铝行业规模化发展的必然选择。近年来,国内已先后开发了350 kA、400 kA、500 kA、530 kA大型和600 kA超大型铝电解槽。为了进一步促进600 kA级以上超大型铝电解槽的稳步发展,笔者从设计角度对600 kA级大型铝电解槽槽结构进行了深入分析和探讨。

Abstract:In order to reduce the investment of aluminum,increase the labor productivity and the economic benefit of enterprises,and to develop the technology of aluminum electrolytic cell with larger capacity,it has become an inevitable choice for the electrolytic aluminum industry development.Recently,350 kA,400 kA,500 kA,530 kA large and 600 kA super-large aluminum electrolytic cells have been developed in China.In order to further promote the steady development of super-large aluminum electrolytic cell of 600 kA and above,the author deeply analyzes and discusses the structure of 600 kA large aluminum electrolytic cell.
