| Abstract: | Public buildings function for public activities.The buildings are known as great varieties,complex shapes and multi-functions.Based on the analysis of the construction project-the cultural and sports center in Chenggong District,Kunming,the paper discusses the functions of public buildings,and difficulties and focuses in their designs. |
