| 摘 要： | 分别研究了泡沫涂层工艺、轧光工艺、焙烘工艺等对针织面料耐久光泽和强力的影响。优化的耐久光泽整理工艺为:PCLN树脂50~60 g/L,平幅烘干温度130℃;轧光温度140℃,轧光压力10MPa;焙烘温度150-160℃,焙烘时间60s。整理后的成品织物具有优异的镜面光泽效果,且耐洗性持久,顶破强力、甲醛含量、缩水率等物理指标满足客户要求。采用泡沫涂层工艺进行整理,符合节能环保的要求。

| Abstract: | The effects of coating,calendering and curing processes on the gloss and strength of knit fabric are studied.The optimized durable gloss finish process is:PCLN resin 50-60 g/L,drying temperature 130℃,calendering temperature 140℃,calendering pressure 10 MPa,curing temperature 150-160℃,curing time 60 s.The finished fabric has good mirror gloss and excellent wash durability.Breaking strength,formaldehyde content and shrinkage rate can meet customers*requirements.The foam coating process meets the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection. |
