ISP炼锌工艺中浸没冷却溜槽余热锅炉的设计

摘    要:基于ISP炼锌工艺中浸没冷却溜槽余热回收存在的问题,以150 kt/a ISP炼锌项目为例,介绍了浸没冷却溜槽余热锅炉的结构,由浸没式冷却器、汽包、上升管、下降管、冷却器提升机构等组成,并详细分析了受热件浸没式冷却器的换热箱设计、换热箱壳体防腐绝缘层的涂抹和低熔点合金融液的选择。

Abstract:Based on the problems existing in the waste heat recovery of the immersion cooling chute in ISP zinc smelting,taking the ISP zinc smelting project with 150 kt/a as an example,the structure of the waste heat boiler was introduced,which was composed of immersion cooler,drum,riser tube,downcomer and lifting mechanism of cooler,and the design of heat transfer box,the smearing of the anticorrosion insulation layer on the case of heat exchange box and the selection of the molten liquid of low melting point alloy of the immersion cooler were analyzed in detail.
