MRI、CT与全数字化乳腺X线摄影在乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值分析

目的:分析讨论乳腺癌诊断中应用MRI、CT和全数字化乳腺X线摄影的临床应用价值。方法:选取本院2017年1月-2018年12月乳腺疾病患者200例,对所有研究对象先后进行MRI、CT和全数字化乳腺X线摄影检查。比较三种检查方式对乳腺癌的诊断率。结果:MRI、CT和全数字化乳腺X线摄影诊断率依次为93.00%、80.50%和77.50%,MRI诊断率明显高于CT和全数字化乳腺X线摄影,P<0.05。结论:MRI能够有效诊断乳腺癌,但MRI检查费用较高,可优先使用CT和全数字化乳腺X线摄影检查。

Diagnostic Value Analysis of MRI,CT and Full-field Digital Mammography in Breast Carcinoma

Objective: To analyze the application value of MRI(magnetic resonance imaging), CT(computed tomography) and full-field digital mammography in the diagnosis of breast carcinoma.Methods: 200 breast disease patients checked from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected. MRI, CT and full-field digital mammography was performed for all subjects one after another. The diagnosis rate of breast carcinoma based on three examination methods was compared.Results: The diagnosis rate of breast carcinoma based on MRI, CT and full-field digital mammography was 93.00%,80.50% and 77.50%, the diagnostic rate of MRI was significantly higher than that of CT and full-field digital mammography(P<0.05). Conclusion: MRI can take the efficient diagnosis of breast carcinoma, but its examination costs are higher as well. Therefore, CT and full-field digital mammography can be primarily recommended in clinical practice.
