基于ANSYS Workbench的某大型氧化铝仓有限元分析

摘    要:文章以某工程中25 000 t氧化铝仓主体结构为分析对象,采用SolidWorks搭建实体模型,在有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中进行静态分析、模态分析、地震反应谱分析和瞬态分析,得到氧化铝仓的应力和位移云图。分析结果显示:氧化铝仓在静态载荷作用下满足设计要求;氧化铝仓的动力学特性较为复杂,模态振型具有多样性,在地震载荷作用下,其强度和稳定性满载抗震要求。

Abstract:The article takes the main structure of 25000 t alumina bin in a project as the analysis object,building the solid model in SolidWorks,and the static analysis,modal analysis,seismic response spectrum analysis and transient analysis are carried outin the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to obtainthe alumina bin stress and displacement fringe.The analysis results show that Alumina bin meets design requirements under static load,the dynamic characteristics of alumina bin are complex,the modal modes are diverse,and strength and stability meet the seismic requirements under seismic load.
