基于WOA-BP的压力变送器温度补偿研究

摘    要:针对压力变送器易受温度影响产生非线性误差,提出一种基于鲸鱼算法优化BP神经网络的WOA-BP温度补偿模型。通过鲸鱼算法对传统的BP神经网络的权值和阈值进行优化,得到优化后的补偿模型,用于拟合压力变送器压力与温度之间的非线性关系,从而得到补偿后的数据。实验结果表明:补偿后的压力值不受温度影响,压力变送器的最大相对误差从4.6%降低到了0.48%。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the pressure transmitter is easy to produce nonlinear error due to temperature,a WOA-BP temperature compensation model based on BP neural network optimized by whale optimization algorithm was proposed.The whale optimization algorithm was used to optimize the weights and thresholds of the traditional BP neural network,and the optimized compensation model was obtained to fit the nonlinear relationship between pressure and temperature of the pressure transmitter,so as to obtain the compensated data.The experimental results show that the pressure value after compensation is not affected by temperature,and the maximum relative error of the pressure transmitter droped from 4.6%to 0.48%.
