摘    要:为比较不同形态黑果腺肋花楸果实中的原花青素含量,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对黑果腺肋花楸新鲜果实、烘干果实和果实粉末中的原花青素含量进行了测定.测定结果显示:黑果腺肋花楸新鲜果实、果实粉末和烘干果实中的原花青素含量分别为8.6、7.0、5.2 mg/g.新鲜黑果腺肋花楸果实中的原花青素含量最高的原因可能是原花青素在40 ℃以下时其稳定性较好.该结果可为黑果腺肋花楸的开发利用提供理论依据.

Abstract:In order to compare the proanthocyanidin content in different fruit states of A.melanocarpa, high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the content of proanthocyanidins in fresh, dried and fruit powders of A.melanocarpa. The results show that the content of proanthocyanidins in fresh fruits, fruit powders and dried fruits of A.melanocarpa are 8.6, 7.0 and 5.2 mg/g. The reason for the highest content of proanthocyanidins in fresh fruits of A.melanocarpa may be that proanthocyanidins have better stability under 40 ℃. This result can provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable development and utilization of A.melanocarpa.
