| 摘 要： | 人棉机织布采用退浆酶和多功能精练剂在小浴比气流机中进行酶氧一浴两步法前处理,可以获得较高的退浆效果、白度和毛效。优化的处理条件为:ω(TF-162HA)0.2%(omf),60℃处理20 min,ω(TF-120R)1.5%(omf),ω(H2O2)2%(omf),浴比1∶5,110℃处理20 min。采用该工艺处理的人棉机织物能获得较好的前处理效果。

| Abstract: | The desizing enzyme and multi-functional scouring agent are used to pretreatment of woven rayon with enzyme-oxygen one bath two-step method in a low bath air flow machine,which can obtain high desizing effect,whiteness and capillary effect.The optimal treatment conditions are:ω(TF-162HA)0.2%(omf),pretreatment at 60℃for 20 min,ω(TF-120R)1.5%(omf),ω(H2O2)2%(omf),pretreatment at 110℃for 20 min,bath ratio 1∶5.The pretreatment effect of woven rayon is good. |
