摘    要:换热器用接管锻件进行水压试验时发生泄漏,采用化学成分分析、显微硬度检测、金相检验、扫描电镜分析等方法对换热器用12Cr5Mo接管锻件失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,锻件裂纹系材料本身固有,而非后期机加工和水压试验所产生;锻造工艺及钢坯切除量不足是锻件产生裂纹的主要原因。

Abstract:The leakage of nozzle forging was found when conducting hydraulic pressure test on the heat exchanger.By using the chemical composition analysis,micro-hardness test,metallographic inspection and SEM analysis,etc.,the leakage failure cause of the nozzle forging in heat exchange was analyzed.The analytical results show that the major cause of the failure is inherent in the material itself,it is not caused by later machining and hydraulic test.The main cause of cracks in the forging was forging process and inadequate billet removal.
