摘    要:阐述了国内外新一代钢铁材料开发的现状,指出了新一代钢铁材料的发展趋势.即:继续坚持细晶化的技术路线,加强复相化的研究,重视材料的使用性能的开发和纳米析出的利用,努力开发与环境协调、友好的新一代钢铁材料,促进钢铁工业和国民经济的可持续发展.

Abstract:Present situation of developing a new generation iron and steel material at home and abroad is explained. Development tendency of it is put forward, they are continuously persisting on technical route of fine crystallization, strengthing the study on dual phasing, paying attention to develop properties of material service and to utilize nano-precipitation, trying to develop a new generation iron and steel material coordinating with environment and promoting iron and steel industry and national economy developing continuously.
