摘    要:本文探讨了TCS一步法56dtex/96f微细旦涤纶FDY的生产工艺。结果表明:提高切片干燥效果,提高纺丝温度、组件压力、上油率,减缓冷却条件,降低热管温度、纺丝速度,可获得质量优异的微细旦涤纶FDY。

Abstract:In this paper, the production process of 56dtex/96f micro fineness polyester fiber FDY with One step Method TCS is discussed. The results showed that the fine quality of fine polyester FDY can be obtained by appropriately increasing the drying effects of PET chips, the spinning temperature , the pressure of pack and oiling rate; and lowering quenching conditions, the thermo channel temperature and spinning speed.
