摘    要:分析了不同基料树脂对超薄型钢结构防火涂料性能如发泡能力、涂层的质量损失百分比、发泡层的硬度和致密性的影响,介绍了不同基料树脂的优缺点,指出选择合适的成膜物质,对提高超薄型钢结构防火涂料的性能是至关重要的环节。

Abstract:Influence of different base resin on their fire-proof performance of coatings for extra-thin steel structure,such as foaming ability,the mass loss percentage of coatings,the hardness and density of foaming layer,were analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of different base resin used for extra-thin steel structure fireproof were introduced,it found that the choose of suitable film material was of crucial importance to improve the performance of fire-proof coating for extra-thin steel structure.
