渗氮炉内流速场的数值模拟

摘    要:为了研究渗氮炉内气体的分布状态,建立了三维湍流数学模型,应用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法分别得到了渗氮炉空炉和加入工件时的气体速度分布.该渗氮炉空炉时工作区域内气体速度比较均匀,工件加入后渗氮炉内流速场变化很大,因此对于不同形状和炉内不同位置的工件,需要分别模拟计算各自的速度场.同时用数字涡轮风速仪对炉内的气体流速进行了测量,测量结果与模拟计算结果基本吻合,所以该数值模拟方法可以作为热处理工艺和热处理炉型优化设计预测的依据.

Abstract:In order to study the gas velocity field inside a nitriding furnace,a three-dimension turbulence mathematic model was established.Aided by the computational fluid method(CFD) the gas velocity field in the nitriding furnace with and without workpiece was obtained.The gas velocity inside work zone is uniformity when the nitriding furnace is empty and has great change after adding workpieces.So it is necessary to simulate velocity field inside nitriding furnace with different shape and position workpieces,respectively.And a digital turbine anemometer is used to measure gas velocity in the furnace.Basic agreements are found between simulation and experiment data.Therefore,the numerical simulation method can be a guidance of making heat treatment process and optimizing design of heat treatment furnace.
