| 摘 要： | 介绍了电能质量监测的重要性以及在农村低压电网推行电能质量监测系统的现实意义。通过简单介绍低压电力载波抄表系统提出一种基于载波抄表系统的电能质量监测系统的设计思路，并简单介绍了该系统的硬件、软件以及利用傅立叶变换分析方法的可行性。 |
