基于网络和数据库技术的电力工程图纸管理系统

电力工程国纸管理是电力系统管理信息系统的重要组成部分，管理信息系统也为实现工程图纸的网络化管理提供了平台。作者分析了建立电力工程图纸管理系统时应解决的主要问题、该系统应具备的功能，研究了构筑基于网络和数据库技术设计图纸管理系统的方法，介绍了图纸、数据和元件一体化的面向对象的设计思路，以实现不同的图纸输入方式）扫描或绘图）、网络化浏览（或网上发布）、智能化关联（图形和数据）和培训仿真等功能。该系统已投入实际运行，并针对发电厂继电保护图纸管理系统给出了一个应用实例。

A BLUEPRINT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC POWER ENGINEERING BASED ON NETWORK AND DATABASE TECHNIQUE

The management of the blueprints for electric power engineering is an important constituent in the MIS for power systems and the latter also offers a platform for the implementation of the management of the blueprints based on the network. In this paper the main problems to be solved in the establishment of the blueprint management system and the main functions the blueprint management system should possess are analyzed, the method to build this system based on network and database technique is studied and the concrete way to design this system is put forward. An object oriented train of thought for the design of integrating the blueprints, data and components is presented to implement the functions such as the different input mode of blueprints (by scanning or drawing), to browse the blueprints on the network (or distributing blueprints by network), the intelligent relevance of the blueprints and the related data, the training and simulation, etc. This system is put into practical use and an application example of a blueprint management system for protective relaying in a certain power plant is given.
