绿色管理是21世纪新经济时代背景下成长起来的新的管理模式。目前我国建筑总承包企业在工程项目的运营过程中仍存在很多弊端,造成了严重的经济与环境问题。在我国坚持科学发展观、构建和谐社会的同时,建筑企业为了生存与发展必须构建全面绿色管理体系。本文分析了建筑工程总承包企业管理运作的主要弊端,将绿色管理理念应用于建筑工程总承包企业的管理运作之中,并对建筑工程总承包企业如何构建全面绿色管理体系进行了讨论。

Comprehensive Green Management System Construction of General Contractors

Green management is a new management model growing up under the background of the new economic era in the 21st century. Our country's general contractors still have a lot of irregularities resulting in serious economical problems and environmental problems in the process of project implement now. At the same time our country insisting the view of scientific development and building a harmonious society,the general contractors have to build a system of comprehensive green management for the sake of the existence and the development. This paper analyses the general contractors' primary irregularities in the process of project implement,and applies green management in the general contractors' management,and carried on a discussion on how the general contractors to build the system of comprehensive green management.
