| 摘 要： | 本文提出了有学习功能的质量诊断的模糊专家系统的基本模型，当生产过程出现异常时，将所记录的各各模糊症状输入到系统中，通过模糊推理运算后，最后输出一个或几个最有可能发生的异常因素以及相应的解决方案。该系统能比较充分地利用生产过程模糊信息，积累专家的技术和实践经验，从而为生产过程的稳定提供了保障。本文首先给出了系统的基本结构，随后讨论了系统的算法和学习功能。
