| 摘 要： | 分析了真空洗浆机洗浆机理,对提高真空洗浆机真空度的方案进行了比较.根据真空洗浆机洗涤草浆的特点,指出用风机代替真空泵是一种比较好的方案,它可以满足真空度要求,减少真空系统黑液流失,且有消泡功能,比真空泵节省能耗.

| Abstract: | The operation principle of vacuum washer is analyzed.The ways to create vacuum of the washer are compared.According to the features of straw pulp washing with vacuum washer,it is preferable to use exhaust fan to take the place of vacuum pump which is widely used in the washer.It is also of benefit to reduce energy consumption,increase vacuum and extinguish the foam. |
