杂多酸催化合成三醋酸甘油酯

摘    要:对杂多酸和固载型杂多酸催化醋酸和甘油反应合成三醋酸甘油酯进行了研究 .探讨了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间等因素对反应结果的影响 .固载型杂多酸催化剂可多次使用而活性没有明显下降 .三醋酸甘油酯可采用活性炭吸附脱色进行精制 .酯化反应的较佳条件 :醇酸摩尔比为 1∶4 ,催化剂用量为甘油的质量的 2 .5 % ,反应时间为 4 .5h ,其三醋酸甘油酯的酯化率为 98.5 % ,选择性为 99.9% .

Abstract:Heteropoly acid catalyzed esterification between ethanoic acid and glycerol is studied. A number of non supported and supported catalysts with high activity and selectivity are selected. The effects of reaction conditions such as amount of catalysts, the molar ratio of alcohol to acid, and the reaction time on the reaction results are investigated. The catalysts can be used repeatedly for many times without distinct decrease in activity. Glycerol triacetate can be refined by activated carbon. The most suitable conditions for the reaction are as follows: the molar ratio of alcohol to acid 1∶4, mass ratio of catalyst to glycerol 2.5%, reaction time 4.5h. The conversion of the glycerol triacetate is over 98%, and the selectivity for glycerol triacetate is over 99%.
