焦炭塔的保温设计

摘    要:介绍了某炼油厂延迟焦化装置焦炭塔保温结构在设计上的特点,提出了综合导热系数的概念,推导出了在各种情况下的计算公式,并利用综合导热系数的概念和计算公式对实际保温效果进行了校核,还指出,在对保温支持圈和保温钉布置密度大的保温结构进行计算时,对这些构件的导热作用不能忽略。

Abstract:Design features of insulation structure of coking tower in delayed coker unit for a cer- tain refinery are introduced,a concept of inte- grated coefficient of heat conductivity is ad- vanced,calculation formulas under all circum- stances are deduced,and the actual insulation effect is checked by means of the concept of inte- grated coefficient of heat conductivity and the calculation formulas.It is also pointed out that in the calculation of insulation support rings and insulation structures in which insulated hangers are densely located,their heat conduction effect should not be neglected.
