PMS-PZT压电陶瓷的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用传统陶瓷工艺制备了PMS-PZT三元系压电陶瓷,分析了其粉体和陶瓷样品的相结构组成,测试结果表明在预烧粉体中随着PMS含量的增加,焦绿石相也增加,在所有陶瓷样品中均为100%的钙钛矿结构;研究了室温下PMS含量对相对介电常数er、介质损耗tgd、居里温度tC、机电耦合系数kp、机械品质因数Qm和压电常数d33的影响,实验表明随着PMS含量的增加,材料逐渐变硬,er、tC、kp和d33逐渐减少,tgd和Qm逐渐增加。

Abstract:The piezoelectric ceramics (PMS-PZT) were prepared by traditional ceramics process. The phase structure of calcined powders and sintered ceramics were analyzed. Results show that increase of the concentration of PMS helped to formation of pyrochlore phase. The effect of the content of PMS on dielectric constantεr, dielectric loss tgδ, Curie temperature tC, piezoelectric constant d33, electromechanical coupling factor kp and mechanical quality factor Qm were studied. Results shown that as the amount of PMS solid solution increased in system, εr, tC, kp and d33 decreased, Qm and tgδ increased.
