发变组微机保护双重化配置探讨

结合淮北电厂200MW机组保护改造,同时围绕国电公司《"防止电力生产重大事故的二十五项重点要求"继电保护实施细则》,对发变组微机保护双重化配置中的保护配置方案、交流电流电压的取用以及转子一点接地保护误动等问题加以阐述,并提出看法或解决方法。此外,还对保护应用中出现的其它问题作了分析、叙述。

Discussion on the generator-transformer unit duplicate sets of digital protection scheme

Combined with the protection innovation of Huaibei Power Plant 200MW Unit, and based on the "The 25 points detailed rules for protection to avoid serious power accident" prescribed by State Power Corporation of China, this paper expounds the problems of the generator-transformer unit duplicate sets of digital protection scheme, such as the scheme of protection configuration, the selection of AC and voltage and the misoperation of stator one-point-to-earth protection etc, and proposes the countermeasures. Other problems existed in application of the protection are also analyzed.
