| 摘 要： | 受热面爆管事故的发生，严重扰乱了火力发电厂正常的负荷运行，停炉停机造成巨大的经济损失。初步分析了水冷壁、省煤器、过热器和再热器管爆管问题的原因，认为很大一部分是属于管理不严造成的，并对常见的爆管问题提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The tube crack accidents seriously disturb normal operation in power plant , cause great economic loss of boiler shutdown. The paper analyzes the reasons of tube crack in water-cooling wall, economizer, superheater and reheater. Points out most of tube cracks are due to not strict manage and puts forward some countermeasures for common tube crack problems. |
