| 摘 要： | 受工程地质条件限制 ,大柳树坝址只能修高土石坝或高面板堆石坝。坝址区为基本烈度 8度强震区 ,借鉴国内外在强震区建设这两种坝型并承受过地震考验的实际经验 ,也考虑到采用了有效抗震措施 ,这两种坝型都具有很高的抗震稳定性 ,如遇强震 ,大坝是安全的
