| 摘 要： | 端齿盘是具有自动定心功能的精密分度定位元件，广泛应用于加工中心、柔性单元、数控机床、组合机床、测量仪器、各种高精度间歇式圆周分度装置、多工位定位机构以及其它需要精密分度的各种设备上。文章介绍了端齿盘的结构特点、参数设计原则、并推导了主要结构参数设计公式，最后给出了其在数控电动刀架中的应用实例。随着加工技术的数控化、精密化，端齿盘的应用将会有一个广阔的发展空间。

| Abstract: | Transverse teeth gear are exact indexing & locating elements having the function of self centering. They are widely utilized in machining center, flexible manufacturing system, CNC machine, combined machine tool, measuring instrument, high class intermittent circumferential indexing mechanism, multi working position locating device, as well as other exact registration device. The structural characteristics the principle of parameters design, the formula derivation of transverse teeth gear are introduced. Finally, an example in CNC turret is given. With the development of numerical control and sophistication process technology, the application of transverse teeth gear will has a wider development. |
