甲烷制备合成气工艺开发进展

摘    要:综述了国内外天然气制合成气技术的研究进展,包括对已工业化应用工艺的技术改进,如甲烷蒸汽转化工艺采用换热转化及自热转化技术;甲烷催化部分氧化技术,根据原料配比、催化剂体系、工艺条件不同,可分别采用固定床、流化床、陶瓷膜及晶格氧工艺;甲烷自热式转化工艺采用非催化部分氧化与绝热蒸汽转化相结合,工艺中引入蒸汽可消除积碳;甲烷两段转化工艺采用换热-自热式转化技术。新技术研究进展包括甲烷-二氧化碳重整技术,甲烷、二氧化碳和氧气催化氧化重整技术,甲烷联合转化工艺,气体加热转化工艺及联合自热转化工艺等。

Abstract:The progress on preparation of synthetic gas from natural gas using different processes were described.The above processes included commercialized processes comprising methane-steam reforming process using heat-exchange reforming and self-heating reforming process,methane catalytic partial oxidation process comprising fix-bed,fluidized bed,ceramic membrane,and lattice oxygen processes depending on ratio of material,catalyst system,process conditions,methane reforming process by self heating which used combination of noncatalytic partial oxidation with isothermal steam reforming,introduction of steam in process to avoid carbon deposition,two-step reforming process from methane using heat exchange-self heating reforming process.Progress on new technologies included methane-CO_2 reforming process,methane catalytic oxidating reforming process from carbon dioxide and oxygen,combined reforming process from methane,gas heating reforming process and combined self-heating reforming process etc.
