摘    要:从发电机组的运行行为出发,应用现代非线性理论对发电机组的非线性特征进行了分析,并进行了故障状态的分形维数计算,针对发电机组的各种故障特征,将网络技术,虚拟仪器技术,现代非线性理论融合为一体,利用基于虚拟仪器技术的LabVIEW开发平台,开发了网络环境下的发电机组在线状态监测及故障诊断系统,该系统经现场检验,操作简单,可靠性强,且诊断准确率高,该研究为解决发电机组的在线监测和故障诊断,提供了充分的理论依据和可靠的方法。

Abstract:The nonlinear characteristics of generator sets relying onthe nonlinear theory are analyzed, and the fractal dimensions of them are calculated.According to the running status of the generator sets,a model to remove noise signals is built, and fault signals are recognized by web technology and VI technology and the modern nonlinear theory. Based on this a web network system is developed by the LABVIEW software and G language, so as to watching and measuring and diagnosing faults.A theoretical reference and a reliable method on on-line watching and measuring and diagnosing faults for a generator set are provided.
