L80-1级高抗挤毁石油套管用钢29MnCr6的开发

达力普石油专用管有限公司成功开发出用于生产Φ244.5 mm×10. 03 mm规格L80-1钢级抗挤毁石油套管的经济性材质-29MnCr6。与常规25CrMo材质相比,29MnCr6材质冶炼成本低,热处理能耗小,可降低生产成本。经性能检测,29MnCi6材质与常规25CrMo材质相比,轧制出的L80-1钢级石油套管拉伸性能相当,冲击韧性符合API 5CT标准要求,而且抗挤毁值相差不大,均具有高出API Bull 5C2标准抗挤毁值60%的高抗挤毁水平,因此,29MnCr6材质完全可代替25CrMo材质。

So 29MnCr6 material can instead of 25CrMo material completely.
