基于Flow-3D的三通阀压铸工艺设计及优化

摘    要:基于三通阀的结构特点,设计了压铸工艺的浇注系统和溢流槽,采用Flow-3D软件进行充型过程数值模拟。在初始方案中,铸件整体卷气较严重,随着对浇注系统和溢流槽的逐步优化,降低了铸件的内部卷气量。根据优化后的方案,设计制造了压铸模具并进行了生产验证。结果表明,铸件表面光滑,内部质量良好,符合技术要求。

Abstract:Based on the structure features of three-way valve,the gating system and overflow slot were designed.Flow-3Dsoftware was carried out to simulate the filling process.In the preliminary scheme,the entrained-air rate was serious.With optimizing the gating system and overflow slot,the entrained-air rate in the valve was reduced significantly.According to the optimized gating system,the mold was designed and manufactured.The three-way valve was produced sucessfully with smooth surface and good quality,meeting requirement.
