基于ProCAST的壳座压铸数值模拟及工艺优化

摘    要:根据壳座压铸件的结构特点,设计出壳座压铸模具和压铸工艺,用ProCAST软件对壳座压铸充型凝固过程进行数值模拟。模拟优化出合理的压铸工艺参数:浇注温度为590℃,压射速度为3.4m/s,模具预热温度为165℃。用优化的压铸工艺参数进行压铸生产,得到了合格的壳座压铸件。金相组织观察结果表明壳座质量合格。

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics of the shell seat,the die casting die and die-casting process were designed.The filling and solidification process of shell seat was simulated by the ProCAST software.The reasonable die-casting parameters were presented as follows:pouring temperature of 590℃,injection velocity of 3.4 m/s,mold preheating temperature of 165℃.The die-casting experiments with optimized die casting parameters were carried out,and qualified shell seat was manufactured sucessfully.The metallographic structure of the shell seat was observed,which verified that the quality was qualified.
