放电等离子烧结热压时间对SiC_f/TC17板材致密化的影响

摘    要:采用放电等离子烧结(SPS)对连续SiCf增强TC17复合材料板材预制体进行热压制备,研究了不同热压时间对SiCf/TC17复合材料致密化程度的影响。结果表明,SiCf/TC17复合材料的相对密度随热压时间延长而提高,在50 MPa、900℃下保温15min基本实现了致密化,相对密度达到99.4%。此外,基于对放电等离子烧结参数曲线和具有代表性的微观组织特征的分析,可将SiCf/TC17复合材料板材预制体的致密化过程分为先驱丝表面净化与活化、快速致密化和蠕变致密化3个阶段,并对致密化过程中先驱丝钛合金涂层的塑性变形及致密化机理进行了初步分析。

Abstract:Spark Plasma Sintering(SPS)technology was used to prepare the continuous SiC fiber reinforced TC17 titanium matrix composites(SiCf/TC17)sheet at different hot pressing time.The effects of hot pressing time on the densification rate of SiCf/TC17 were analyzed.The results show that the relative density of SiCf/TC17 is improved with the increase of the hot pressing time,and the densification rate can be basically realized at 900℃and 50 MPa for 15 min,with the relative density of 99.41%.In addition,by combining the SPS parameter curves with representative microstructure characteristics,the densification process of SiCf/TC17 can be divided into three stages:the purification and activation of precursor fiber surface,the rapid densification and the creep densification.On this basis,the deformation and densification mechanism of titanium alloy coating of SiCf/TC17 precursor fibers in SPS process were described.
