基于ProCAST软件的压铸镁合金脚踏板的数值模拟研究

摘    要:介绍了数值模拟技术在镁合金脚踏板压铸件成形过程中的应用。首先对压铸件进行工艺分析,确定浇注系统设计方案和压铸工艺参数,然后用Pro/E软件建立铸件三维模型。在此基础上,用ProCAST软件对铸件成形过程进行数值模拟,并结合压铸工艺对流动性、卷气情况和缩孔、缩松倾向进行分析。根据分析结果,优化浇注系统并调整工艺参数,通过试生产验证优化方案的合理性。

Abstract:The application of numerical simulation technology in the die casting magnesium alloy pedal was introducted.First,the gating system scheme and the technological parameters were determined by analysis,and a numerical model of the pedal was established based on the ProCAST software.Then the numerical simulation of the die casting process was carried out by the ProCAST software.The results were predicted including fluidity,gas hole and shrinkage and so on.Finally,some measures were presented to optimize the gating system and parameters.The results show that the optimized scheme is feasible.
