多极双余度电磁铁特性分析

摘    要:针对现有多余度电磁铁存在的问题,提出了一种新型电磁铁,采用6个线圈和铁心的多极双余度电磁铁。基于Ansoft/Maxwell仿真建模平台,建立多极双余度电磁铁模型,并探讨不同线圈分布对电磁铁性能的影响。仿真结果表明,通电后,电磁铁的电磁力和电流随时间逐渐增大。当电磁力克服施加在动衔铁上的弹簧力时,动衔铁开始运动,气隙减小,此时电磁力增加速度变快,而电流却减小。当动衔铁运动到终点位置时,不再运动,而电流和电磁力继续增大。对于文中3种不同线圈分布的电磁铁,第一组吸合最快,第二组次之,第三组吸合最慢。

Abstract:In order to solve the current problem of redundancy electromagnet,propose a new kind of electromagnet,which has six coils and six iron cores.Multipolar and dual-redundancy electromagnet model was built based on Ansoft/Maxwell simulation platform,and discussed the influence of difference coils distribution to property of electromagnet.Simulation result demonstrates that electromagnetic force and current increase gradually over time.The armature start to move when the electromagnetic force overcome spring force that exerted on armature.Then the length of air gap decrease,and the increase rate of electromagnetic force rises,but the current decrease.Armature stops move when it goes to end,but the electromagnetic force and current still increase.As for three kinds of electromagnet which coils distributed referred in the paper,the first group is the fastest,the second group follows,and the last group is the last.
