摘    要:向Mg-1.38Si合金中添加Sr,主要研究了Sr含量对Mg-1.38Si合金凝固组织和生物腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,Sr对Mg-1.38Si合金中的Mg2Si相具有较好的变质效果。随着Sr含量增加,共晶Mg2Si相形貌由粗大的汉字状逐渐转变为细小的短棒状,初生Mg2Si相形貌也由粗大的多边形状转变为细小的颗粒状。随着Sr含量增加,4种合金的析氢速率、腐蚀速率和自腐蚀电流密度均逐渐增大,表明合金在人体模拟组织液(SBF)中的耐腐蚀性能逐渐降低。

Abstract:The effects of Sr on microstructure and biological corrosion behavior of as-cast Mg-1.38Si alloy were investigated.The results show that Sr presents preferable modification effect on Mg2Si phase in Mg-1.38Si alloy.With the increase of Sr,the morphology of eutectic Mg2Si phase is changed from thick Chinese character to fine short rod-like,and the morphology of primary Mg2Si phase is changed from polyhedral to particle-like.The hydrogen evolution rate,the corrosion rate and the corrosion current density of the alloys are increased gradually with increasing in Sr addition,indicating that the corrosion resistance of the alloys is gradually decreased in SBF solution.
