无刷直流电机无位置传感器检测电路分析

摘    要:针对高速无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制,分析了影响电机转子位置检测的原因,以及不同滤波电路给电机带来的角度误差问题,提出了一种无刷直流电机无位置传感器转子位置检测策略。该控制策略以全转速范围内不切换换相表为前提,即可以滤除干扰又可以对滤波带来的滞后进行补偿,实现无刷直流电机高精度换相。实验表明,该滤波策略在全转速范围内能有效地补偿电机换相误差,减小电流波动,提高电机性能。

Abstract:In view of the control of high speed brushless DC motor without position sensor, this paper analyzed the reasons that affect the detection of the rotor position and the angle error caused by different filter circuits to the motor, and proposed a position detection strategy of the position sensorless brushless DC motor. The control strategy is based on the non switching commutation table in the full speed range, it can filter the interference and compensate the lag of the filter, so as to realize the high precision commutation of the brushless DC motor. Experimental results showed that the filtering strategy could effectively compensate commutation error, reduced current ripple and improved motor performance in the full speed range.
