基于Magma软件的支架压铸数值模拟及工艺优化

摘    要:根据支架压铸件的结构特点,设计出压铸模具和压铸工艺。使用Magma软件对铸件充型和凝固过程进行模拟分析,并利用正交试验对模拟结果进行工艺优化。结果表明,用优化的压铸工艺方案进行生产,可以得到合格的支架铸件。

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics of the bracket,the die casting mould and die-casting process were designed.The filling and solidification process of the bracket were simulated and analyzed based on the Magma software.Then the simulated results were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results reveal that the qualified bracket can be produced by using the optimized die casting process,which verifies the feasibility of the simulation results.
