电机驱动操动机构永磁同步电机矢量控制策略

摘    要:为了降低高压断路器的故障率,研究了一种永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动的高压断路器操动机构及其控制方法。永磁同步电机矢量控制系统能够实现高精度、高动态响应、大范围的速度和位置控制。描述了永磁同步电机的数学模型,在数学模型的基础上,分析了永磁同步电机矢量控制的3种电流控制策略:i_d=0控制,MTPA最大转矩电流比控制和弱磁控制。描述了3种控制策略的控制原理和特点,通过仿真对3种控制策略进行了验证。

Abstract:In order to reduce the failure rate of high voltage circuit breakers,a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)driven high voltage circuit breaker operating mechanism and its control method were studied.Permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system can achieve high precision,high dynamic response,a wide range of speed and position control.In this paper,the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor was described.On the basis of mathematical model,three kinds of current control strategies of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control were analyzed:i d=0 control,MTPA maximum torque current ratio control and field weakening control.The control principle and characteristics of the three control strategies were described,and the three control strategies were verified by simulation.
