紫苏染料的提取及其对棉织物的染色工艺研究

采用乙醇溶剂提取紫苏天然染料。通过单因素和正交试验得到:乙醇浓度50%,物料比1:10,温度80℃,时间120min时,提取效果最好。以铝、钪、钇、镧、镨、钕、铕和镱九种金属媒染离子为媒染剂,采用预媒、同媒和后媒三种媒染方法对棉织物进行染色,实验结果表明:以10g/L的铝为媒染剂,染色效果最佳,染色工艺为:温度60℃,媒染剂用量3%,pH=3,时间120min,浴比1:30。染后织物的干、湿摩擦牢度为4-5级和4级,日晒牢度可达到3-4级。

Extraction of Natural Colorants from Perillaand its Application to Cotton Fabric
