非正弦波电流输入对永磁无刷电机性能影响分析

摘    要:在现代伺服驱动系统中,利用三相电压源逆变器脉宽调制技术(PWM)对永磁无刷电机进行驱动控制已经成为主要技术途径。本文利用有限元仿真工具研究某10极12槽750W永磁无刷电机在标准正弦波与含较多高次谐波的非正弦波电流输入情况下电机的性能。通过对模型等效设置、仿真参数优化,网格尺寸选取得到电机的主要特性。分析产生歧异点数量较多,幅值较大的原因,并给出得到满足工程需求的网格划分原则。

Abstract:In modern servo drive system, using three-phase voltage source inverter pulse width modulation (PWM) technology to drive and control permanent magnet brushless motor has become the main technical way. In this paper, the performance of a 10-pole 12-slot 750W permanent magnet brushless motor with standard sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal current input with more high-order harmonics was studied by using finite element simulation tools. By setting the equivalent model and optimizing the simulation parameters, the difference of the main characteristics of the motor can be obtained by choosing the grid size. The reasons for the large number and magnitude of disagreement points were analyzed, and the principle of mesh generation to satisfy the engineering results was given .
