超声-合金化处理对Mg-9Al-3Si合金组织及性能的影响

摘    要:以Mg-9Al-3Si合金为基体,首先对比研究了超声处理、Sr、Y合金化处理以及超声-合金化复合处理对其凝固组织及力学性能的影响,随后研究了复合处理条件下,不同超声参数对合金凝固组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在超声-合金化复合处理条件下,合金的凝固组织和力学性能得到明显改善,优于单一合金化处理或超声处理;初生Mg2Si相尺寸与未处理时相比减小了72.9%,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率与未处理时相比分别提高了125%和310%。复合处理条件下,随着超声功率或超声时间的增加,初生Mg2Si相的尺寸均逐渐减小;合金力学性能的变化规律与初生Mg2Si相的尺寸基本对应。

Abstract:The effects of ultrasonic treatment,Sr-Y alloying treatment and ultrasonic-alloying compound treatment on the solidification structure and mechanical properties of Mg-9Al-3Si alloy were investigated.The effects of different ultrasonic parameters on the solidification structure and mechanical properties of the alloy were analyzed.The results reveal that the solidification structure and mechanical properties of the alloy are obviously improved under the condition of ultrasonic-alloying treatment,which is superior to those of the single alloying treatment or ultrasonic treatment.Compared with untreated ones,the size of treated primary Mg2Si phase is reduced by 72.9%.Meanwhile,tensile strength and elongation of the alloy are increased by 125% and by 310%,respectively,compared with those of untreated alloy.With the increase of ultrasonic power or ultrasonic time,the size of primary Mg2Si phase is decreased gradually,and the change of mechanical properties corresponds to the size and morphology of primary Mg2Si phase.
