摘    要:研究利用逆向工程技术来实现某整体式叶轮模型的重建。通过XTOM教育型面扫描系统对整体式叶轮模型点云数据进行采集,并基于Imageware数据处理软件对叶轮点云数据进行处理,结合旋转法和截面放样法对轮毂和叶片曲面进行创建,在误差控制条件下最终实现叶轮模型精确重建。

Abstract:Reverse engineering technology was used to reconstruct an integral impeller model.In particular,the point cloud data of the integral impeller model was collected through the XTOM educational surface scanning system,and the point cloud data of the impeller model was processed based on Imageware data processing software.The wheel hub and blade surface were created by combining the rotation method with the section lofting method,and the accurate reconstruction of the impeller model was finally realized under the condition of error control.
