摘    要:针对气流扰动引起的压气机叶片振动问题,以整体式轴流压气机叶片为研究对象,借助ANSYS Workbench软件的BladeGen模块对叶片及其流场进行三维建模,然后进行流固耦合分析。求解叶片的压力、应变和前6阶模态振型,绘制坎贝尔图并对叶片进行谐响应分析,结果发现该叶片不会发生共振破坏,但是叶尖尾缘变形和振动较明显,而叶片前缘变形和振动很小。在气体流量不变的情况下,对叶片前缘和尾缘采用变半径设计,可有效提高固有频率、削弱振动。

Abstract:Aiming at the vibration of compressor blades caused by turbulence, the three dimensional modeling of blade and its flow field are carried out in ANSYS Workbench BladeGen by taking integral axial compressor blade as the research object, and the fluid solid coupling analysis is carried out. The pressure, the strain and the first six order modal mode of vibration are solved, and the Campbell diagram is drawn to analyze the harmonic response of the blade. The results show that the blade should not suffer from the resonance damage, but the deformation and vibration of the blade tip trailing edge are obvious and the deformation and vibration of the blade leading edge are very small. Setting the flow rate remains unchanged, the leading edge and trailing edge of the blade are designed using variable radius, and then the natural frequency is improved effectively and the vibration is weaken.
