| Abstract: | In this paper, the optimization technique of the stress forming for the stator coil in AC motor was explored. The simulation and experimental data were used to analyze the change of the arc length and the force of the coil end under different forming parameters. Then, it was determined that the stator coil forming optimization technique was based on the same end arc length and uniform forming stress. |
