摘    要:文章对交流电机定子线圈涨形应力优化技术进行探讨,通过仿真和试验数据分析不同涨形参数下线圈端部弧长的变化和受力情况,确定基于端部弧长相等、成型应力一致的定子线圈涨形优化技术。

Abstract:In this paper, the optimization technique of the stress forming for the stator coil in AC motor was explored. The simulation and experimental data were used to analyze the change of the arc length and the force of the coil end under different forming parameters. Then, it was determined that the stator coil forming optimization technique was based on the same end arc length and uniform forming stress.
