摘    要:借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、硬度仪、万能试验机、盐雾箱等设备,研究了不同的热处理温度对316L/Q370qE力学性能、组织、耐蚀性的影响。实验得出,在热处理温度为400、700、900、1100℃下,样品的扩散区宽度随着温度升高而加宽。316L/Q370qE复合板界面处的剪切强度为385 MPa,均大于标准要求的210 MPa。316L侧在盐雾环境中以点蚀为主,Q370qE侧以均匀腐蚀为主。400℃的年腐蚀速率最低,700℃的年腐蚀速率最高。

Abstract:The effects of different heat treatment temperatures on the mechanical properties, microstructure and corrosion resistance of 316L/Q370qE were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , hardness tester, universal testing machine and salt spray box. The experiment can be concluded that the diffusion zone width of the three samples is widened with temperature increasing at heat treatment temperatures of 400 °C, 700°C and 1100 °C. The shear strength at the interface of 316L/Q370qE composite board is greater than 385 MPa, which is greater than 210 MPa required by specifications. The 316L side is dominated by pitting in the salt spray environment, and the Q370qE side is dominated by uniform corrosion. The annual corrosion rate is the lowest at 400 Y and the highest at 700°C.
