真空压铸铝合金减震塔缺陷分析及改进

摘    要:采用OM、SEM及EDS等对真空压铸薄壁铝合金减震塔铸件进行了力学性能测试和微观组织分析。结果表明,气孔和夹渣等铸造缺陷是导致减震塔部分位置力学性能偏低的主要原因。根据不同位置缺陷的种类,分析缺陷产生的原因,并针对性地提出了压铸工艺改进方案。工艺改进后试生产的减震塔的力学性能显著提高,其平均伸长率最低为7.13%,远高于要求的压铸态伸长率大于5%的目标,为后续热处理进一步提高力学性能奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of alumiunu alloy shock towers fabricated by vacuum assisted high pressure die casting were analyzed by tensile testing.Meanwhile,the microstructure were observed by OM,SEM and EDS.The results show that the lower mechanical properties of some particular positions at shock towers are caused by casting defects,especially gas pore and inclusions.An improvment measures aiming at eliminating defects was proposed.As a result,the as-cast mechnical properties of shock towers are improved obviously.The minimum elongation of the as-cast shock towers reaches 7.13%,which is beyond the target value of 5%.
