可调距螺旋桨桨叶压铸工艺设计

摘    要:设计了可调距螺旋桨桨叶压铸工艺,采用顶注中心式环形浇注系统以及溢流槽、集渣包和排气通道的工艺方案,通过ProCAST软件对充型、凝固温度场模拟,结果确定方案合理可行。以铸件缩孔、缩松体积为评价指标,通过正交试验确定可调距螺旋桨桨叶最优压铸工艺参数:浇注温度为720℃、浇注速度为30m/s、充型压力为100 MPa、模具温度为220℃。在此参数下得到的铸件表面光滑、质量良好,无明显缺陷,满足要求。

Abstract:The die casting technology for adjustable pitch propeller blade was designed.The technological scheme was adopted of top injection center ring pouring system and overflow slot,slag collecting and exhausting channel.The simulated results of filling and solidifying temperature field by ProCAST software show that the scheme is reasonable and feasible.With shrinkage volume as the evaluation index,the optimum process parameters are presented as follows:pouring temperature of 720 ℃,the pouring speed of 30 m/s,the filling pressure of 100 MPa and mold temperature of 220 ℃.Under the optimized parameters,the adjustable pitch propellers have the satisfied quality with smooth surface and absence of obvious defect,meeting the requirements.
