摘    要:通过高通量工程实验堆(HFETR),利用核反应88Sr(n,γ)89Sr制备高比活度^(89 )SrCl_2溶液,用于骨转移癌的治疗。以高纯富集88SrCO_3为靶料,在热中子注量率约2×10^(14 )n·cm-2·s-1条件下辐照56d,经溶解、过滤,制得无色澄清的^(89 )SrCl_2溶液,^(89 )Sr比活度7.77×10~9~1.08×10^(10 )Bq·g-1,活度浓度3.59×10~8~1.21×10^(9 )Bq·mL-1,γ杂质含量0.11%~0.14%,铝含量小于2μg·mL-1(活度浓度换算为7.4×10^(7 )Bq·mL-1时),明显优于《中国药典》指标。89SrCl_2溶液经检验,满足行业要求,可用作生产89SrCl_2注射液的原料。本研究完成单次7.4×10^(10 )Bq级高纯度和高比活度89Sr制备装置研发,对医用同位素产品国产化具有重要意义。

Preparation of High Specific Activity Strontium-89 Solution in High Flux Engineering Test Reactor

Abstract:89 SrCl 2 is an important radioactive drug for the bone metastasis. It is included in the new pharmacopoeia in 2015 and has a promising future in the market. Depending on the high flux engineering test reactor(HFETR), the process of preparation of high specific activity 89 SrCl 2 solution by nuclear reaction 88 Sr(n,γ) 89 Sr was studied. High purity enriched 88 SrCO 3 was used as target material and irradiated for 56 days under the condition of thermal neutron fluence rate about 2×10 ^14 n·cm^-2 ·s^-1 . After dissolution and filtration, the colorless 89 SrCl 2 solution was obtained. The specific activity of 89 SrCl 2 solution was 7.77×10^ 9-1.08×10^ 10 Bq·g -1 , the activity concentration was 3.59× 10 ^8-1.21×10 ^9 Bq·mL -1 , the gamma impurity content was 0.11%-0.14%, the Al impurity content was much lower than 2 μg·mL^-1 (activity concentration 7.4× 10 ^7 Bq· mL^-1 ). 89 SrCl 2 solution had been tested to meet the requirements of the industry and could be used as raw material for the production of injection. The development of single 7.4×10 ^10 Bq level preparation device of high purity and high specific activity of 89 Sr had been finished. This research is important for localization of isotope products.
