负载乙基桥二氯二茚合锆的研究

摘    要:考察了影响乙基桥二氯二茚合锆负载的各种因素。试验证明载体硅胶处理和助剂甲基铝氧烷的负载是决定负载乙基桥二氯二茚合锆催化剂性能的重要因素。负载过程中加入有机交联剂可使负载茂金属催化剂的载锆量提高47%~68%。当Et(Ind)2ZrCl2浸渍液浓度在10~20μmol/ml,负载6~12h时载锆量最大。载锆量为0.55%~0.60%的负载Et(Ind)2ZrCl2催化剂催化乙烯淤浆聚合活性最佳。

Abstract:In this paper supported Et(Ind) 2ZrCl 2 metallocene catalysts were prepared and the factors affecting catalyst performance were investigated It turned out that the treatment of carrier silica and co catalyst MAO immobilization process were among the key factors affecting the catalystsperformance Introduction of organic cross links improved the supported Zr content by 47%~68% To obtain the maximum content of supported Zr,the concentration of the impregnation liquid might be between 10~20 μmol/ml,and impregnation time 6~12h Those supported Et(Ind) 2ZrCl 2 catalysts with contents of supported Zr lying between 0 55%~0 58% show much higher activities to the polymerization of ethylene in slurry phase process
