| 摘 要： | 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)分析猪瘦肉中的Cr、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cd、208Pb 6种重金属元素的方法,6种元素的检出限在0.0220～0.5501ng/g,相关系数均大于0.999,Cr、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cd相对标准偏差为1.3％～8.7％,Pb相对标准偏差为19.9％,回收率保持在95.7％～115.2％之间.

| Abstract: | A microwave digestion/ICP-MS method was established for the determination of Cr,Mn,Cu,Zn,Cd and 208Pb in lean pork.The limits of detection of this method for the six heavy metal elements ranged from 0.0220 to 0.5501 ng/g.The proposed calibration curve for each metal element showed a correlation coefficient exceeding 0.999.The precision(RSD) of six replicate determinations was 1.3%—8.7% for Cr,Mn,Cu,Zn and Cd and 19.9% for 208Pb.The recovery rates for all of these metal elements were in the range of 95.7%—115.2%. |
